Moving time
Minimum service: 2 hours.
After the minimum: billed in 30-minute increments.
Crew and vehicle: quoted for your requirements.
Storage
Standard storage: $80 / skid / month.
Storage for 6+ months: $60 / skid / month.
Palletizing, when required: $30 / skid.
Depalletizing / release: $10 / skid.
Storage charges depend on actual space used.
Distance and handling
Total distance over 60 km: $0.50 / km for the entire distance.
Standard heavy items without an elevator, on the same exit level: no additional handling fee.
Standard heavy items without an elevator, levels crossed: $30 / level.
Standard heavy items with elevator access: $30; internal level changes are extra at $30 / level.
Items over 300 lb: $80 handling, plus applicable stairs.
Manual stair lifting for oversized items: $10 / step when required.
Grand piano: additional $160; at least 3 movers.
Handling charges depend on access and internal level changes, not building floor count.
Outdoor stair fees for oversized items do not apply when the truck ramp fully covers the stair height.
Booking deposit

Standard residential move: $50, credited to the final invoice.
